Even if you’ve tried everything, it’s not hopeless

What if you could actually feel at ease?

As in, not just “okay.”

But genuinely spacious, centered, and LIKE YOURSELF

where....

  • The stuff that used to trigger you doesn’t anymore (that’s possible?! - mind blown!)

  • When life gets challenging, painful emotions pass through you swiftly, and don’t get derailed for hours, days or months at a time

  • You feel at home and comfy in your skin, and genuinely know what “I love myself” feels like

I know it’s hard to believe.

Especially when you’ve been feeling this weird way your whole life.

But it is possible. It really is.

You’ve spent countless hours and dollars in talk therapy, journaling, going to cathartic retreats, learning astrology, reading self-help books, consulting tarot cards.

All these things gave you something, but you’re still feeling stuck in the same general patterns as before.

It can feel like it’s desperately hopeless. Or even maybe that it’s your fault.

  • “If I just tried harder, then it would work.”

  • “What’s wrong with me that everyone else seems to be getting so much out of this and I’m still feeling terrible?”

  • “Maybe I’m a lost cause.”

It can feel like you are destined to be this version of yourself, forever white-knuckling your way through life.

But it’s likely that you feel this way because the modalities you’ve been engaging in lack awareness of the current knowledge we have about the nervous system.

Our understanding of trauma healing has been rapidly developing over the last decades.

Many healing modalities operate from an old model that relies only on talking, or changing mindset through mental processing.

Some body-based modalities are great at resolving acute traumatic events but don’t work as well on chronic events that occurred in early childhood.

Or perhaps there just isn’t time in your excellent therapy sessions to give space for your infant self in an embodied way.

You need something that addresses traumatic energies at their preverbal root.

If you’ve tried a lot, and you’re still suffering, it’s likely that you’re like me.

You didn’t get what you needed when you were a young child.

Perhaps it was repeated traumatic events, or extreme neglect that caused your nervous system to go into a state of chronic fight, flight and freeze.

Or maybe it was more subtle…

  • being a highly sensitive person in a loud and jarring world

  • experiencing an emergency NICU visit as an infant

  • repeated stress for your mother when you were in utero

  • having parents with unresolved attachment wounds

  • inheriting traumatic energies from your ancestral line

  • existing in a culture that has been systematically dehumanizing you and destroying your community

We need tools that access the preverbal, infantile parts of us and help those traumatic energies resolve gently.

Over the years, I have been blessed by the people who have pioneered modalities that address C-PTSD/developmental trauma. I have collected these tools and I use them to help my clients repair and tone their nervous systems so they can feel at home in their bodies again.

In my approach,

  • We let the traumatic energies at the root resolve at the place where they started in the body

  • We integrate the developmental milestones that weren’t completed because of the stress

  • And we engage in coaching to help shape the life you always wanted and deserved–building up an ecosystem of support, healthy relationships, and robust self-care practices, for example.

The result is a gentle practice that returns your energy to you.

It allows you to become more of who you were always meant to be.

To regain your passion.

To claim safety and stability.

To feel not only “normal” but excited about the wonder of life.

You are a magical being.

You’ve worked so hard to simply exist.

And you deserve to feel good.
